Tracking numbers are automatically generated and emailed on the day they are shipped from our Minnesota warehouse.
Domestic options:
UPSMI (UPS Mail Innovations) – Shipments are created through UPS and will have final delivery from the local post office. Delivery is generally 2-6 days depending on where you are located in the US.
FedEx 2-Day – Shipments are delivered 2 days AFTER the ship date. Please note – FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes. If an order is received with a PO box shipping address, the package is automatically switched to UPSMI.
International Options:
UPSMI (UPS Mail Innovations) – Shipments are created through UPS and will have final delivery from the local post office. Delivery will vary from 5-20 days depending on location, transit times and local post service levels.
FedEx International Priority – Delivery will vary from 4-10 business days depending on location. Customer will be responsible for duties and taxes before FedEx will deliver the package.
